  • Role Summary

    As a Digital Communications Senior Analyst, you will provide support to projects within the company’s health education group for government and nonprofit clients.  Your primary responsibility is to develop and track digital campaigns including website promotions, email marketing campaigns, social media and digital advertising initiatives and analytics for our federal clients. The Sr. Analyst interfaces directly with clients and takes a project from initial conception and scoping through to completion including trafficking and reporting throughout the project and maintaining budget and schedule parameters. It requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise in digital engagement capabilities – research, creative and technology -- to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver results to our clients.

    What Will You Be Engaged In Day-To-Day?

    • Managing digital marketing assets/campaigns for Federal public health clients.
    • Managing and executing influencer outreach strategies and paid (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and earned digital advertising campaign plans.
    • Contributing to the design of landing pages.
    • Participating in the planning, design and development of project requirements, strategy, analysis and development process.
    • Planning and executing SEO/inbound/analytics strategies for clients, from keyword research to content calendars and more.
    • Working directly with clients to understand their goals and formulate plans to meet their goals (whether SEO, link-building, PPC or Google Analytics).
    • Creating and maintaining email campaigns, including the design, and transmission of all email collateral.
    • Managing and updating customer blogs, social media posts and online profiles.
    • Developing and managing project budgets.
    • Motivating and monitoring the progress of work performed by project staff.
    • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development of solutions and to meet objectives.
    • Participating in client presentations and/or industry events as required.
    • Contributing to the design of campaign & technical standards as well as project processes.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    What Qualifications Will Help You Succeed?

    • B.S. or B.A. degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or an applicable field of study, or the equivalent education or experience, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. 
    • Candidate must have solid project management/vendor management experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with relational technology with the ability to analyze, interpret and communicate findings to internal/external business partners.
    • Possesses strong knowledge of marketing metric and social listening tools and social influencer strategies.
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills are needed. 
    • Must be able to lead in a collaborative team environment, to think creatively, and to exercise good business judgment, flexibility, and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions. 
    • Strong client relations skills, leading to high client satisfaction, are required.  
    • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, pay attention to details, and handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently and effectively is a must. 
    • Strong foundation in Software application skills in MS Word and MS Excel preferred. 
    • Extensive knowledge in public health, health education, multicultural communications, or interactive communications, as well as experience working in an agency environment on Federal Government or nonprofit projects, is preferred. 
    • Self-starter with innovative problem-solving skills who can provide excellent leadership and drive results effectively and efficiently.
